We will email an invoice for payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit card, Applepay or Googlepay

• The email will normally arrive within 24 hours.
• The email will be from Freetobook, our software provider. We suggest you add message@freetobook.com to your email contacts list to help avoid it being seen as spam.
• Please check your spam folder if it does not reach your inbox.
• We require the invoice to be paid within 7 days to secure the booking. The invoice will be for a deposit of £100 (£200 if the booking is more than £600) for each week or shorter period booked.
• If the arrival date is less than 9 weeks away then we will invoice for the full amount.

There are various reasons this might be the case.

• We may have not been able to update the tables since the online system took a booking. The table below may be out of date. The booking system is accurate. 
• You may have chosen a start or finish date that was not a Saturday. Only in the winter do we accept any start date
• You may have chosen less than 7 nights. Only in winter do we accept short breaks of 3 nights or more. The dates we accept 3 nights have a 3 night price in the table.
• You may be trying to make a booking within 48 hours of arriving. We do not accept bookings at such short notice.
• You maybe trying to book Christmas or New year. We accept bookings of 5 nights or more. These are not available to book until January 17th.

We will email you with instructions on how to find your door and how to how to gain access 10 days before the start of your holiday. It is IMPORTANT that you receive and read this email carefully before arriving.

Well done for finding us in an online world crowded with big agencies. Booking direct has many advantages.

• In our case it is the only way you can book. We do not have to use agencies at all. This is because of our unique position, the quality and value for money we give resulting in many repeat guests.
• No extra agency fees or complicated conditions.
• You are not dealing with agency staff who probably do not know the property well and maybe don’t care.
