If a 3 night price is shown on our availability page, then we offer short breaks of 3 nights or more starting any day.
Filey short breaks are normally available in February, March, April, November and December. We also offer short breaks at other times when we have last minute vacancies. Our direct online booking system will calculate the price for you.
Short breaks in Filey allow you to enjoy a taste of the seaside and recharge your batteries. Out of season Filey is much quieter and ideal for getting away from everything. You may be lucky and get a winter gale and see the impressive waves crashing on the seafront and the Brig. natures elements in the raw. There is something very special about the sea. When it is rough, surfers can often be seen riding the surf in front of the cottages, even in the middle of winter.

In winter, sunrise and sunset are at a reasonable time, so as you get up you can be greeted by gorgeous sunrises over the ocean. These can lead to some beautiful photos.
The centrally heated cottages are completely double glazed with living flame gas fires. This gives you a cosy base to look out to sea no matter how cold and windy it might get. On this east coast you often get good dry weather at any time of the year.
There are also discounts for couples if a couple only price is shown on our availability page.
A few people ask for a two night break Friday night and Saturday night. As arrival time is after 3:00pm and departure is before 10:00am, that would only give you one day and two nights in the cottage. We do not offer two nights for this reason. The three night deal would cover you for arriving Friday after 3pm and leaving Sunday evening as late as you like. Many of our weekend guests do this.
