We will email an invoice for payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit card, Applepay or Googlepay

• The email will normally arrive within 24 hours.
• The email will be from Freetobook, our software provider. We suggest you add message@freetobook.com to your email contacts list to help avoid it being seen as spam.
• Please check your spam folder if it does not reach your inbox.
• We require the invoice to be paid within 7 days to secure the booking. The invoice will be for a deposit of £100 (£200 if the booking is more than £600) for each week or shorter period booked.
• If the arrival date is less than 9 weeks away then we will invoice for the full amount.

Well done for finding us in an online world crowded with big agencies. Booking direct has many advantages.

• In our case it is the only way you can book. We do not use agencies at all. This is because of our unique position, the quality and value for money we give resulting in many repeat guests.
• No extra agency fees or pages of complicated conditions.
• You are not dealing with agency staff who probably do not know the property well and maybe don’t care.
• Owners like us want repeat guests so look after you more. We nearly always have a local family member who can help.

We will email you with instructions on how to find your door and how to gain access 10 days before the start of your holiday. It is IMPORTANT that you receive and read this email carefully before arriving.

You can send us an email to enquiries@thebeachfiley.co.uk asking to be added to our subscriber list. We only send out emails when there are special offers or cancellations so there are not many each year. We use mailchimp for this and you can unsubscribe at any time.
